TweetNetworking “Connectworking” Event in Boston (on June 9th)!
A NIGHT OF SOCIAL MEDIA CONVERSATIONS & CONNECTIONS IN BOSTON!
Are you interested in social media or actively using social media in your professional life?
Would you like to create professional connections AND have help following up, sharing twitter connections and building your professional network AFTER the event?
Here’s your chance to meet with fellow Bostonians and connect, talk about social media and meet some people you know from Twitter while meeting new people to add to your network!
TweetNetworking was created to bridge the gap between the online world and offline business networking and social events. This event is for both the Twitter “pro’s” and the people that want to learn more about Twitter and get started.
WHY IS THIS EVENT DIFFERENT?
Instead of just random networking TweetNetworking will provide extra help connecting. You will be able to enjoy social networking and conversations (of course)…and in addition…
Each attendee will be able to (we’ll have a computer on site) share :
- WHO should be following you on Twitter (types of professions/causes)
- Up to 5 of your Twitter friends that people should be following
- The types of people YOU want to follow/find on Twitter
- What CAUSES you’re interested in so people can easily find you on Twitter
We will then post your links as a TweetNetworker on
- A Facebook note
- A blog entry on TweetNetworking.com that we can all share on Twitter after the event
TweetNetworkers in attendance will also be able to post as a guest contributor to TweetNetworking.com’s blog.
This way you and your friends can make more valuable connections!
