About
Do you consider yourself a “networker”?
Do you build relationships both online AND offline?
TweetNetworking, LLC was created to bridge the gap between the online & social media world and traditional business practices/networking events.
TweetNetworking offers events for:
1. Young professionals to connect in person and then build their respective businesses and careers both online and offline.
2. Non-profits (TweetNetworking “For A Causeâ€) to raise money for your charity AND raise awareness for your cause in your local community and within the social media community.
TweetNetworking consulting & seminars are for:
1. People that want to use Twitter and other social media platforms to actively build their business and professional networks.
2. Existing businesses that want an alternative to traditional marketing methods (the usual press release, email blasts, etc) and are experiencing pain points getting traction with social media.
3. Entrepreneurs launching businesses that are experiencing trouble getting word of mouth marketing started, gaining recognition and becoming a “brand” within your community/market and building trust with referral sources and potential clients.
TweetNetworking also provides consulting and training via:
1. Public seminars and conferences
2. Private trainings for your company if your sales force, PR department and/or marketing department need to utilize Twitter to do more than talk about your business but also create results and professional growth.
TweetNetworking Founder, Mark J. Carter
Mark J. Carter is the founder of TweetNetworking, LLC and ONE80, LLC. He ran Chicago’s first Twestival (an international event in 150+ cities) and is currently setting up Chicago’s 3rd Twestival. He regularly trains companies and individuals how to get real results with social media.
A few social media projects: Carter helped jumpstart “Saving The World”; a web community founded by NY Times Bestselling author Tim Sanders (which involved running a book launch both online and offline). Carter runs a social media team for Catalyst Ranch; one of Chicago’s premier meeting spaces for creative events and more. He recently came on board “Story From A New Friend”; a 501c3 Non-profit in Chicago to help launch them in Chicago and then take their events national.
Carter’s social media companies started offline (consulting about how to create pivotal and profitable relationships) and then grew online by applying 7 years of “been-there-done-that” results with business networking/referral systems in the social media realm: How to use Twitter, Facebook and blogs to build your business and brand.
